Listen Up Therapy at Brighton Music Conference

BMC21 Listen Up Therapy 1.jpg

Thanks to @brightonmusicconference for hosting a Listen Up Therapy discussion around the importance of meditation and therapy as tools for a thriving and successful career in music.
The panel featured Listen Up Therapy Founders Matthew Benjamin @bushwacka and Belinda @belinda_matwali
Ellie @ellietalebian was an amazing presenter getting in questions from all sides and we had a lively conversation around social media, authenticity, vulnerability, imposter syndrome, creativity and human connection - relating it all back to how therapy and meditation can help.
Thanks to everyone who came and asked questions - and we love you’re keen for us to host a retreat! We like that idea too.
We're already buzzing with ideas for other topics that could make for lively panel discussions.
If you have some topics you think would be interesting to be up for discussion or guests you'd like to see on a panel with us let us know!
