Listen Up Therapy Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

All sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our clients. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to somebody else. Because of this the full session fee will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment. Please check with each individual practitioner for their exact cancellation policy.

CANCELLED SESSIONS

Appointments are charged at the point of purchase. If you cancel a session we do not offer a refund.

LATE ARRIVAL / MISSED SESSIONS

Services delivered face-to-face will be delivered at the time and place we have agreed. If you are late to your session by any amount of time, it will still finish at the prearranged time and this time is not refundable.

EMERGENCIES

Very occasionally, emergencies may make it impossible for us to deliver a session as agreed. Normally we would have advised you in advance if this is likely, but in any event we would let you know as soon as possible if a session needs to be cancelled. If we cancel a session, an alternative time will be offered where possible.
